PharmaTuff® molded EPS thermal containers are designed with features that work for high volume Pharma packaging lines. These rugged cold chain shippers are performance qualified for 24+ hour transit times. All standard sizes are tested against ISTA 3A and ISTA 7D protocols.
EFP provides bulk cold chain shipping solutions. We have a variety of pallet shipper designs, both standard and custom. Each size can be fitted with an insulating material to match your transit profile.
EFP has refrigerants from 0° gels in both economy and structured, through gel bricks and phase change materials. Refrigerants are available in poly bags, foil pouches and plastic bottles. We can help you build cold chain systems for Dry Ice, frozen, 2°-8°C, freeze protection and controlled room temperature pack outs.
The PharmaTuff® line is performance qualified using generic ISTA 7D profiles. All sizes are tested to meet the cold chain requirements for 24 hour transit. EFP will test our products to your particular temperature profile to help prove your pack outs are compliant, or help you correct any noncompliant sections of your cold chain packaging program.
