EFP Corporation created the ThermalTuff® line of foam shippers to be a high quality, low cost companion to our PharmaTuff® line. Not all temperature sensitive products are created equal, nor do they need the same levels of protection.

Cold Chain Packaging - Foam Shippers

ThermalTuff® foam shippers come in a variety of sizes, wall thicknesses, and densities. These foam shippers have a dome style lid, but many of the same features as the PharmaTuff® brand. We hold our ThermalTuff® products to the same high manufacturing standards as all EFP cold chain products.

We design some ThermalTuff® shippers for automated, high-speed packaging. The footprint is the same for all sizes with a series of different depths to give you flexibility in packing.

The consistent footprint allows this foam shipper to work well with:
